Irgoli is placed on the left side of the Cedrino and the very changing area goes from the valley through low peaks until the 862 m of the Senes Mount. The landscape complexity allows several itineraries to discover the villages and the monuments after the archaeological digging. Between the most important are the nuraghe complex of Janna ‘e Pruna, the picturesque domus de Jànas called 'Sa conca 'e mortu' and the holy source of “Su Nottante. The findings are kept in the Antiquarium Comunale.

Walking in the historical centre you can visit the churches of San Nicola, patron of the village celebrated at the beginning of May, and of Santa Croce.

In the countryside, you can see the rural churches of Madonna di Costantinopoli, of Sant’Antioco and the sanctuary of San Michele where the traditional feast celebrated at the end of may and in the beginning of September. In the village, there are several artistic Murales that are shown as a coloured succession of fresco facades. Irgoli represents a flourishing production reality also presented through the presence of some welcoming structures placed in the external and internal area of the village..
